Chicago Bulls or Los Angeles Lakers Phil Jackson is without a doubt one of the greatest coaches in history. He only coached two teams and won eleven championships (Chicago Bulls 6 & Los Angeles Lakers 5). He was blessed to have Michael Jordan on one team and Kobe Bryant on the other. But if I had to pick a team in which he was better I would not be able to pick because both teams had 3 peats, they both had amazing players in Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant, and they had a good team around the star player(s).
